At QuotZee, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below to understand how shipping works and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it.
If you need to update details such as your shipping address or contact information, please check whether this option is available within your account. While we are not obligated to make changes, we will always do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss, damage, and ownership of the products passes to the customer.
If the carrier’s tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim if the package cannot be located.
In these cases, we may not be able to issue refunds or replacements.
Customers in the UK & European Economic Area (EEA)
For customers located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the risk of loss or damage transfers when you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the products.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, you may submit a request for a replacement or store credit.
All claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please note:
- Claims are subject to investigation.
- We may request additional information or confirmation before resolving the issue.
- Decisions regarding replacements or credits are made at our discretion after review.
Reporting Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.
In some cases, you may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly, particularly if tracking shows the package as delivered.
Delivery Limitations
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery to P.O. boxes cannot always be guaranteed.
